Me and my family had horrible experience with the owner of this business, Roy Khosrow Azima. He severely damaged a priceless 19th century french furniture while moving and promised us that he will fix it. He later took this furniture hostage and asked for more money. We had call police twice on him to get our furniture back. He also refused to give us a receipt for the service and hang up the phone on use twice. He is also verbally abusive and physically hostile when we dealt with him.

Beware when using the services of this company and their partners Carotrans. They were contracted by myself to ship my goods overseas. I was originally quoted a price however they charged my card an additional $1193 without my prior authorisation or information claiming that the original quote was for door to port and i was now requesting door to door (fair enoug) However, when goods arrived the local broker these companies engaged was unlicensed to carry out the service resulting in me having to contract and pay…
Thank you for your business, We paid for custom brokerage and delivery to your place, but you hire somebody less to do custom for you, there's no reason to do that. Basically paid twice for one service, it's not our fault .
Worst experience. Hold my freight hostage and even i offered to pay right away they did not have options to pay. I think they wanted me to fly over and pay cash. Run! they will try to get your money even after they quoted you, will increase rates. I often hire craters nationwide and never had this issues.
Luis, we are sorry that we were unable to successfully conduct business. Unfortunately, when a customer provides a photo for an estimate of the shipment, our assumption is that the photo is not just a portion of what has to be shipped. We provided your an estimate based upon your photo.
These guys ripped me off. They gave me a quote for overseas shipping, took a deposit, set a date for packing/shipping, then cancelled the last minute and would not give me my deposit back even though I called and emailed many times. JUST STAY AWAY!!!
Is this a house? Some sleepy dude answered the phone and acted like it wasnt a business untill I questioned him. All I asked was what time he was open till and he just kept asking what Im shipping then yelled at me in some goofy language. Hahaha

I do not recommend 1 Stop Pack N Ship. They were fine at the actual packing and shipping, but bad on the business side. They even shipped my packages before I paid their invoice, to give you a sense of how poorly the business side is managed.
I lost packages from the mail box of this store. Since I knew the time when the package will arrive, I went several times after the expected arrival time but was turned away to the local USPS office. It happened twice. So very disappointed.

We shipped multiple items to Ms. Linda Lemmer that included 140 pieces of china, a 40 picture and glassware. You guys signed off on the file manifest which indicates that the items were in good condition upon arrival. It is also supported that the Insurance company denied her claim.
