Awful moving company. Showed up almost an hour late making us late to our house closing. Tried to charge us double the price because there was "more stuff than expected"-- I had provided very detailed pictures earlier. Didn't end up moving all of our stuff and we had to go back and get it. They do not actually send 10 workers. Broke a lot of expensive stuff including our tv stand, tore wires from our tempur-pedic bed, broke my ninja blender, my husband's night stand, etc.
Thanks for your feedback- from the business-side. This all did happen, here’s the business’s side regarding this review, this was one of the worst clients we’ve ever had the privilege of doing business with in 5 years.
Reached out to them for a quote and the person I spoke with, the owner, wouldn’t even let me get a word in. All he kept saying was to send him $100 on Venmo to book because they get “10+ calls a day”. I told him I’d rather get a quote first, so as agreed, I sent him pictures of the stuff we needed moved and asked him what he thought for a quote. We never heard back, so we booked with someone else.

10 Men Movers came to my home in Omaha, Nebraska to move some items to my daughter's friends apartment and help my daughter load the truck after selling my home. When Jaron took the items to my daughter's friends apartment, Jaron proceeded to try to up charge the mother of a special needs child $200 to take a heavy entertainment center into the apartment.
We had responded to this in the past but for some reason our response was not up!!! We did do this job, our customer who paid Camille was not present on the move. We had showed up to help the situation with her daughter and were ready to go as best as we could be, we had stated our prices at $35…
Unfortunately this is the second review of this place. The owner threatened us (possibly others as well) with legal action if we did not take our original review down claiming it’s slander. It’s not. It’s the truth and you just don’t like to hear it. We called to get a quote, no answer which is all good. A guy named Steve calls us back and we were dealing with our baby. So couldn’t answer and he gave us some crap after waiting six minutes.

Moving is very stressful. We had reserved 10 men movers for a month. Jaron came to my home in Bennington in PERSON 4 weeks b4 the move and quoted me 2,000. I liked them bc he said it would be a “white glove service”. I was only moving half a mile across the street in Bennington (3,500 square foot home). I also got rid of more stuff, so I had LESS the day of the move!! He quoted my boyfriend 2,000 from Papillion to Bennington (2,000 square foot home). So 4K total for 2 homes which I thought was fair….

The owner of this establishment is not a good businessman and I had a bad experience with him he cares more about his goggle review than anything. I attempted to get a quote from them a misunderstanding happened and I thought they were rude. The owner then called me and texted me because my husband left a one star review and threatened me with a cease and desist letter if he didn't take down the review. Absolutely ridiculous to threaten someone with a lawsuit just for leaving a review.

Edit: I moved my review from 2 to 1 because you bold face lied saying I had never hired you, total lie and you know it. Definitely won’t use next time. The guys who showed up without calling were nice. They charged $900 for 1.5 hr move last September, estimate was $400-500. The owner was surly on the phone so I should have called elsewhere but I was in a time crunch as my home sold and I had to be out in 30 days and find an apartment, etc. 100% do not recommend.

Tried to ask for a quote and a few questions about everything, and he basically said “if this is too expensive for you, then go ask your friends to move for you” …?? Well obviously I’m calling for movers because I need to.. move?? Also, sorry I care about money?? It was pretty rude so I did not book there.

Would definitely use again. UPDATE - just used these guys a second time - short notice, bigger than expected move, they came through for us and so personable. Their fresh attitudes and kindness are a difference-maker. UPDATE: 7/29/26 - just used this company for another downtown move. They did not disappoint.

SUMMARY: Very professional and efficient movers who are kind, courteous, and easy to work with. The final price was above their estimate and it wasn’t entirely clear how the pricing is calculated, but their post move service was great. Ultimately, we’re happy with the move and service. Details of our move were this. Moving between homes with a stop at a large, full storage unit. Then about a week before moving, we needed to add a stop for a bed set. All stops were 4 miles or less from each other.
