King's Moving

They were chosen to deliver some cabinets for us by Menards in August 2018. When they came to our house, they ran into our brand new camper slide, which are fairly delicate parts of the camper, causing some damage to the flange. The only reason I knew they hit the camper was because I saw it happen. After getting the the owner’s number, the driver and assistant did not even apologize for running into the camper. They delivered broken cabinets and left.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after unpacking and seeing how our belongings were handled, I feel compelled to share my experience. From the start, communication between Tyler and the moving crew appeared to be severely lacking. There seemed to be little coordination, which created confusion and contributed to an overall disappointing experience. What was most frustrating was discovering how our belongings were stacked and handled during the move.

Ghosted me. Guy scheduled an appointment to do an appraisal, ended up coming an hour and a half late. Did his walk through and then gave me some details about "how this works" and that I should hear something in about 24 hours. Seven days later I text him....nothing. Thankfully their competitors are much more responsive. Use Two Men And A Truck or Firefighters On The Move, much better service and actually responsive.

​I moved on May 1st and settled the payment. However, your staff left the invoice at the storage facility where the items were loaded. I was told that it would be emailed to me, but I have yet to receive it. It is very unusual for me not to receive an invoice after a payment has been completed. However, I have finally received the invoice after a month. Thank you for sending it, even though it was late.

Horrible experience. Nothing was wrapped like discussed prior to hiring them for my packing and moving needs. They loaded all of my furniture without any saran wrap and all furniture was delivered dirty and damaged. When I tried to contact Jason the owner he wouldn’t return my phone calls. Very dissatisfied with the service they provided.

The gentlemen were nice but the job took 5 hours when it really only should have taken two or three. We really only saw one of the three gentlemen working. I do not recommend these people because no matter how nice they are it's a whole lot of money to pay for being nice over the time that they are charging you.

Shady business practices. Would not recommend a company that would use another company's name in their advertising instead of putting the work in to growing their business organically. Response from owner is irrelevant as the review was in regards to unethical business practices.

Called to get a price quote they were very nice and came to our house to give an accurate estimate. Never heard from them again. Texted multiple people with Kings on two different occasions and received no response. Now looking elsewhere.
