Arrived an hour late in a U-Haul. The charge a fee for “supplies” which include a dolly and moving blankets. They worked hard, but they are not skilled at moving and took three times the time expected. When we explained, they refunded the tip only.
Thank you for your feedback. In our effort to be transparent, we have all our rates and pricing information listed online. We charge a one-time service fee for the moving truck, gas, mileage, and supplies, and we charge hourly.
Movers did a fantastic job, it it wasn’t for the fact that my dresser was damaged during the move, I’d be giving a 5 star rating.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reach a resolution! You have our most heart felt and sincere apology. We are an elite service provider because we actually care about our clients and their belongings.
I will not recommend this movers they’ll help me loaded my things in storage to U-Haul truck and they’ll charge me $ first for 2 hours $449.99 and $174.99 another extra 1 hour to load my things storage to U-Haul truck I understand if loaded and unloaded for that kinda money but this is to much im not happy.please don’t made a mistakes like me don’t ever get this movers campany this is my bad experience today.to all my family and friends read my review.

They put a flyer on my door stating $30 rates. I called them to set something up and I'm told that it was a flyer sent out months ago and they don't do that and it would be $100/hr. I got the flyer around 2 weeks ago. If you want to talk to some shady people then go for it. Otherwise I would hit someone more known and renown.

Price: good Service: very good Reliable: debatable Let me start by saying that overall my experience was positive. The movers were professional and very nice. They did everything exactly how I wanted it. So I was happy about the job. My only complaint is that the movers scheduled the day before were running late and couldn't make the appointment. And they did not tell me until after I had already sat and waited for them.
These guys were so great! We had so much to move, and with us doing it alone would have taken 3 days! The guys came in and had us loaded and finished within 4 hours. They were so friendly and helpful! They did such a good job! It was very professional. Everything was in perfect shape when we arrived. Thank you so much! You'll never know what a blessing it was to us!!!
