Hi Lantz Hicks, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. Our team went back and reviewed video footage and could not find removal of items from your unit, and there was no evidence of lock tampering.
AWFUL!!! My unit and 5 others have literally gotten robbed and the corporate manager Gumi was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, if fact treated me like I was the one in the wrong! Also don't think all the cameras you see are helpful because when someone robs your unit those cameras in your hallway conveniently don't work. Someone has cut locks on at least 5 units in the last few weeks and their doing nothing about it.
This location have a problem with flooding from within. I don't know if it's coming in from breakage in the roofing or possibly their AC Units. There have been plenty of complaints in that regards of flooding going into storage units and flooding the inside of them. If you have storage in this location on the 2nd floor. Please make sure to have some good flood insurance to cover your losses. The Management team needs to fix this issue as soon as possible. The next big rain storm could happen at any time.
Hi Melvin - We do not have any active leaks at this time. About 6 months ago we had some leaking due to the AC units. Everyone has vacated those units and they are no longer available to rent. If you know of some active leaking, please reach out to us immediately, so we can get the matter resolved.
Storage does not care about loyal tenants that have been there for years. They continue to raise rates annually to where you are forced to get out, while offering move in specials for same unit to new tenants. They also now are starting to charge a 3% fee if you pay via credit card starting 7/1/26. Side doors not working for several days.
Over priced and gate malfunctions weekly(costing me money on occasion)...When I went to go ask about the malfunctions and see about the rates moving forward (my 6 months pre paid is up) I was told it will be going from $80 to $90 a month for a single parking space! No thanks!!!
Every single time I come here, there's ZERO people inside. Always has a sign on the door that says "on the property" but no matter how long I wait, still no one comes to the door. Must have like 1 worker, really inconvenient for customers.

There are no working restrooms in the facility. You have to go to the office for relief. BUT if no one is in there there is no where on property to go. Way overpriced for what you get!!!!!!!
We understand the concern. While there aren’t restrooms inside the storage buildings, tenants are always welcome to use the restroom in our office anytime staff is onsite. Our pricing reflects the security and upkeep we provide at the property, but we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in…

I had an excellent experience at Pasadena Best Storage because of Russell M & Kaitlynn R. They both went above and beyond to make my experience in renting a storage unit FAST-EASY-QUICK process from start to finish. The best part of this whole process is I got 50’/.
