Caution Advised When Hiring This Moving Company We hired this company for a short-distance move to a storage location. Initially, they provided an estimate, which I accepted, and we paid half of the agreed-upon amount upfront. While the move was underway, we prepacked all items to save time and even paid for an additional mover to expedite the process. Honestly save your money and time. I highly do not recommend this company. I usually don’t like to be negative but I’m also fair and if I can help someone avoid issues that I came across, then that is what I will do. If you’re going to use this company make sure to get pictures of your place before. I can’t stress that enough. I just moved into my apartment and I know for a fact there were not markings on the wall until after the guys came and moved our stuff from storage.

This moving company is a SCAM. I received as they say a “QUOTE” to pack (600.00) my entire 2 bedroom mind you it’s me, my husband and 3 yr old grandson. So it took them 3 hours (mind you they are professionals) to pack up 5 cabinets they used 24 boxes that was mostly paper most boxes contained 5 or 6 items the rest was paper that I was charged 80.00 for. For a grand total of 602.00 for 5 CABINETS . I only have 1 set of dishes 1 set of glasses 1 set of pots and pans and Tupperware for food.

We asked on our initial phone call if they could move a sleep number bed and they said yes-no problem The initial move went well until they said they could not move the sleep number bed until it was disassembled, but they said that they would come back and move it for free after we had it disassembled. I highly recommend Samson Power movers! They are affordable, friendly and fast. Their communication is top notch. You cannot beat their prices! Professional owner operator with strong, young men. I had a mixup of items packed up and the company was responsive and hassle free. I was happy to support local and the price was competitive. 5 stars.
We had a different moving company cancel on us at 7 PM the evening before we were to move! I got on Google and found Samson Power Movers and gave them a call. Samson answered at 7:30 PM and I explained the situation to him and that we needed somebody the next morning. He said "we gotcha"! Mr Samson fully explained their pricing and the process to me. I signed up with him and they moved us the next day. Everything was flawless from beginning to end.
