I just moved my camper out of this unit after only being there for less than 3 months. I thought this place was a good place to keep it, but my camper was broken in to. When I went to the front desk to inquire about it I was told " Yep it happens, we are pretty sure it happened the other night. About every camper here got broken into". Not a word was said to any paying customer. So a few days later I show up and to my surprise my camper is sitting wide open with rain and who knows what getting in to it.

If there was 0 stars it would be chosen. Horrible storage. They raise the price without telling you added on insurance that was not apart of the original contract. Horrible employees that are rude and not helpful. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

Had my travel broken into and upon speaking with the manager on site stated she did a walk thru and saw no issues and she does a thorough walk thru. But as we continue talking she admits this is not her location and she is filling in. Stated that the manager for this location does a thorough check and she doesn’t do as good as the manager for this location. Also when I saw the fence has been cut, I presented it to her and she said they are aware of it.

this place is absolutely awful. we stored our stuff here only for the ceiling to have a water leak and completely ruined every furniture piece we owned as well as every single cardboard box in the unit. mold was on every item and every box had roach poop on them. after my husband called to notify them, we were told that’s what we get for not getting a climate controlled unit and the lady hung up on him. this is poor crappy service.

The fans in the halls don’t work which are there to circulate air, 2 of them in different halls, only 2 of 6 hallways have working AC which are/were climate control according to the manager. Started to have mildew/mold on my things and there was no accommodations when I wanted to switch to climate control instead of non climate with a broken fan. Was going to go from $19 (7x10 non climate) a month to $95 (10x10 climate control) for a unit that was barely bigger than the one I was in.

I had an RV space until July 2024 to store vehicles. Both vehicles have been damaged by thieves stealing gasoline! My truck was parked only for the weekend and the gas line was cut and the gas tank punctured...see photos. …

Do not put your things here. The climate control units are not even getting ac. Alot of mice and rats. Droppings and urine smell!!

I loved everything ❤️. I was unsure of the size of the unit I needed but Kimberly took the time to show me a couple of units until I found the right one.
