We have been customers for a few months. We bought our house and closed Sept 15, 2021. They told us if we were moved out by Sept. 19, we wouldn’t have to pay $104 for a unit that was cleared out. We cleared the unit out Saturday the 18th. Swept it out, called the office (they are closed on the weekends) and even have time-stamped video proving we had vacated. Monday hits and they withdrew $104! We stopped by and they said “we soooooo sorry.
After going by this place more than once and trying my best to finally get back around to renting a storage unit that was on sale, the sales lady waited till the last minute to say that, "We only accept money orders!" And she even said it with a smile? She's going to wait till the last minute to say they only take money orders which I was not able to obtain before my stuff got stolen. She knew I was homeless btw. Now I have absolutely nothing left to my name yet again! She lost that sell!
