If you're in a hurry to move, don't call these people. I never got a call back except once from the Stephanie and I was at work and couldn't talk to her but that was the only call like that. I called three times and I can't get her to call …
Deserves zero stars. The guy in the shipping office is extremely rude, was pissed off immediately upon my walking and asking for help. Had an attitude the entire conversation. Another driver comes in after me, picking up the same product and was put on a door immediately and i waited over an hour later to be assigned a door. Sat on the door for 3 hours waiting on them to load it with pallets. Very rude, nasty shipping clerk and extremely slow loading
John Fayard Trucking, well these guys will not take responsibility for damaging my H3 Hummer. On 12/12/24 one of their trucks had loose rocks come off one of its trailers striking the windshield of my H3. This put a hole in the windshield …

The truck drivers from this company are horrible to other people. If I ever had to deal with any of these truck drivers again I will just go to the house. As of 8-29-2016 truck number 45607 is the biggest ass hole and needs to be fired. Jumped on my truck telling me to get out he was going to kick my ass when I pulled up to one of the pumps when he was waiting at a different one. He most likely got mad when he saw the guy leave before the pump he was at.
Truck Drivers Be Aware! The lead supervisor here is very rude! Communication sucks! No good directions. No one is allowed in the shipping & receiving office. The rudeness makes you want to cancel the damn load... A big name like this, you would expect greatness! Very disappointed. Will not pick up here again!
whomever that elder caucasian lady is in the receiving needs to go ahead and retire. I asked a simple question about checking in for a load and she could not be bothered and damn near slammed the window on me. Based on these negative reviews this seems pretty on brand for the company.
Your truck cut me off and flung rocks on my windshield. I’d get out cheaper replacing my own window than calling my insurance company like your head man said to do. It is your drivers fault and Nick McDonald is a bunch of choice words i will not put on here.
deserves 0 stars, very unprofessional, not recommended. do NOT get Natasha as a dispatch, very rude, crazy, nasty attitude, curses and talk to you like garbage on street .. Ken just as rude as her but bruce is amazing so s/o to bruce.

I recently used John Fayard Moving and Warehousing to move my mom from her place in Vancleave to a house in Ocean Springs. They were quick, smooth, and careful with all of the pieces. The crew was also genuinely nice and made the whole process stress-free. I would highly recommend using them for any moving needs!

Our family has always used Fayards Moving and we’ve always had the best experience. This week they proved once again that they are the best moving company to use. We had to reschedule three times and Stephanie was so helpful, kind, understanding and accommodating. Then we used Kenny and three other guys and I’ll tell you, we didn’t think we could experience any better service until these guys showed.
Worked with Stephanie and Pamela on a move from New Orleans area to Virginia. Estimate was timely and accurate. Dates on Front end worked great. Packers and movers on both ends were great. Only reason for 4 stars was the timing of the …
