PLEASE DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! I RENTED A CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT AND IT WAS DIRTY AND COVERED WOTH ROACHES AND MICE ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I NEVER MOVED IN THE UNIT AND IT WAS LIKE THIS FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND THEY NEVER CLEANED IT OUT AND WHEN I REQUESTED TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED THEY REFUSED DUE TO IT BEING A PARTAIL MONTH RENTAL. WHO WOULD MOVE INTO A RENTAL DISGUSTING LIKE THAT AND PAY GOOD MONEY FOR IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I can't believe this place has 5 stars on google. When we had a storage unit here mice got in it and almost ruined everything. You can see they have mouse trap boxes out in front of the buildings. Of course, they had excuses and tried to spin it as our fault, but we had nothing in storage to attract the mice.

Then put fake changes said l need something, hit pole chrange me $400 for something l did not do. Mangers said file claims all the time keep the money. Block my code to gates to pay them $400. Keep my things to pay $400. This place love put fake chrange keep mess over people. Don't rent unit from this place. That why have unit. 3 days chrange me $88 . Then on first l had pay $102 for months. I will never do business with this place again. Free truck mess over when come to miles.
Very horrible person working there now. I'll be moving out asap. Charles was so courteous this new lady with white car hidden inside is so rude. I moved in 2 weeks ago thought payment due on first. Paid late fee. 1 hour later I'm still inside lot waiting for her to remove the lock. She doesn't know when she will be able to get to it

Well after 2yrs my opinion has changed with this place of business. For my loyalty & timely monthly payments, I was rewarded with a $20 monthly rate increase. The only notice of increase came with monthly billing, not by letter of intent, …
