Tried to get a storage space was contacted by local rep., set a time to do paperwork, she was a no show tried to call , no answer left message twice no contact. So I am canceling my request.

Overall Satisfaction: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) What was the reason for ending your storage rental? We chose to move out because of the constant and unreasonable rate increases. The most recent increase was $62, which we found excessive. What started as a reasonably priced storage solution became far too expensive over time. What did you like about our service? The facility was clean and secure, and we never had any issues with access or the condition of the unit. What could we have done better?

When you leave the unit within a few days of making a payment they will not refund your money. I left due to the fluctuations in rent at any time.

I am currently in the process of moving to the Gulfport area. I went and rented a storage unit here after a very long, unnecessary & unfortunate series of events regarding another storage company. I called around & Storage King USA was the most affordable storage company near me, with the best reviews. The manager there Miss Cece was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, she understood my situation and was able to help me & my family with no problem!!

This storage facility is awesome! The manager was very helpful and courteous.. I was running late and it was closing time she waited for me to arrive she had a huge smile when I got there made me feel like I was special thanks Cee cee!
