In their own words
2 Move Me packed my pod in SWFL for a final destination to KC. I had over 30-40 moving blankets and additionally I had purchased a large roll of furniture Saran Wrap for them to use. Upon arrival in KC the Pod was unpacked and out came a 36x36 oil painting that had zero protection on it. It had been placed in the Pod without any protection. The oil painting was damaged from traveling w/out cushioning. I have contacted the company numerous times. No one ever returns my calls.
Delivery company was hired to move items to a new home, including a new high end, very thick mattress. The movers decided to fold the mattress in half like a taco and tightly wrap it with rope and tape so that they could more easily transfer it by dolly. Had they been properly trained, they would have know that doing this would damage the frame and innersprings beyond repair. They not only damaged the springs, cracked the wood support frame and ripped the mattress itself.
WARNING! I hired them to pick up furniture from a store. He chose the day and time and texted the appointment to me between 1:30-3:30 the next day. We CONFIRMED that appt. Then, he farmed the gig out. At 4:15 pm, I contacted the store and found out that they were just arriving there to pick it up. I canceled and he got really nasty with me and tried blaming me for his guys not bothering to show up.
Terrible company ,expensive , they break your furniture and leave you with the damage!,, They send an adjuster ,we waited weeks nothing happened ,called them several times, still nothing has been done about the damages, the move was in March , now it is May !,,,,, NOBODY should move with this company!!!!
Randy R and TJ milked the job, costing me extra money then pressed me to do a review in front of them before they left. I had done most of the work before they arrived and it was a very easy job, but it cost me $1000!
I wouldn’t hire these people simply because how bad Ive seen them driving driving in the rain in a box truck driving it like a car wow great example for customer service

In their own words
Tony, who does the scheduling was excellent to work with, the only thing I can say is that the estimate was off by almost a hundred dollars. However, when I spoke with Tony it was a quick compromise fix (I do realize an estimate is just an estimate). They were on time and I even got called when they were on their way. The delivery guys were courteous and nice. They wrapped the furniture and carefully moved the pieces into my house. The guy also fixed a few loose feet on the sofa.
Good communication with arrival time. Professionally handled new furniture and rug. Very fair price.
Randy & Dennis were WONDERFUL - 2 big, strong, kind men who helped my parents pack up their minivan to drive to WI after my 87 y.o. father fell & broke 5 ribs. They were prompt, efficient, and extremely polite and an absolute Godsend!! My mother was so appreciative of the extra care Randy & Dennis took with all her belongings (hanging clothing, electronics, boxes of breakable items). She's very discriminating - so that's high praise!
They sent 4 of their men to carry my 42”x16”x91” curio cabinet up the stairs to the second floor. They wrapped the glass in a blanket, but left the crown molding unwrapped. Along the staircase they bumped the wall with the crown molding and made a 3” scratch in my newly refinished walls. They made note of it on their paperwork but failed to give me a copy of the paperwork, took my payment and left. I trusted they would make the damage right.
