Reed's Moving & Storage LLC - Naples, FL

I call the crew sent 007 crew. Zero skills, Zero motivation, and seven smoke breaks an hour. They didn't respect my belongings. They damaged a few items. They had no clue how to pack the truck. I had 3 men then had a supervisor come out and still was a disaster. Called to report the damage done and sent an email of pictures to show damage and never heard back. That was 2 months ago. Save your furniture and time by calling someone else.

I arrived at extra space storage to put items in my storage unit. Reed's movers were unloading two entire truckloads into the lobby you could not even walk through the lobby. I went into the building through another entrance attempted to go to the elevator that I typically use, there were boxes and furniture everywhere and asked one of the movers if he would move one box so I can get into the elevator.

**** DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!***** I guess I was one of the people who ended up with damaged furniture and missing items. The crew sent to me were very professional and the owner Shannon is super nice, HOWEVER, they did not unwrap one piece of furniture, left the plastic on the couch and our expensive dresser has a large scratch because it was mishandled. ON TOP OF THAT, I had a military knife in the back of the truck on top of moving blankets that "suddenly disappeared".

These people are unscrupulous. I made a claim about a piece of glass that I personally handed them during a move from a storage locker and they insisted it never happened. I spoke with someone at company and they said the movers are subcontractors and don't actually work for the company. I also spoke with the owners and they basically called me a liar. This was a $110 piece of glass and they won't take responsibility for it!! Do not use these people!!!

They were scheduled to unload my moving truck , but they never showed up. Also, they never called to tell me they weren’t coming. When I called them about my issue they told me they weren’t coming and I needed to rescheduled. Buyer beware. *Yes, I did use your company in January and you never showed up.

WARNING THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT ONE DAY before we were scheduled to move all the way to Texas! I set an appointment a month ago. They called today to confirm...and the lady literally said me calling as soon as I was in possession of the moving truck was fine. Then another lady.. Shannon calls me and says I have to nail down an exact time. I said all I can tell you is if the truck is ready to be picked up as scheduled it should take me about 30-35 min to get home with it.

I own a moving company and was dispatched through moving helper to assist reeds moving and storage. They did not let me know they were a moving company at first and acted like they were the customer. Before I arrived they asked about tools for the bed because they did not have their own. We are moving company so of course we have tools and we brought them to the job. Upon arrival we realized they were actually a moving company.

BEWARE**** I bought a gun safe and looked for a local mover. Reeds moving and storage were told it was 620 lbs and had to come up 5 steps. I was told it could be done that day. I looked at the few first reviews and wish I had looked further. It was a horrible experience. 1st the move was switched to the following day as they were "too busy". We had already paid half the fee up front. The next day it was moved about 15 miles. 2 men placed it on a 2-wheeled dolly and took it off the truck.
