Price Moving

Beware of the billing practices. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! TROY, the owners son, especially, be cautious with this company. I had been a 3+ commercial customer of Price Moving Company for several years and referred numerous customers because I trusted them. Unfortunately, my final experience completely changed my opinion. For what was a straightforward move, I received an estimate of approximately $1,326.82.

Terrible experience,destroyed furniture,breakables,several items had to be tossed,wasn't on time,charged when they got lost,owner is a total jerk,as I told him my issues and wanted to not offer any type of reimbursement and wanted the bull paid in full,very unprofessional tried several times to run my card without my approval,thus place is a disaster ,and so are the owners,stay far away,they will try to rip you off.

The movers were very nice, only one spoke English. They did not really care about our belongings. Many items were broken, missing,or just damaged. They did not label the boxes so you have open all to find what you're looking for. I felt pressured into leaving a tip which was not deserved! I would never recommend this company@

I had heard nice things about the company, and their bid came in less than another company I got a quote from, so we used them to move to another home 3 blocks away. The guys were nice enough, but took much longer than expected, and they handed me a bill nearly double my original quote. They reduced this somewhat after I complained, but it still ended up much higher than my other quote. In addition, two expensive pieces ended up getting damaged that I took out their insurance policy for.

We all work hard for our money and we are all trying to safe as times are hard and expensive. From all my research, Price Moving, seemed very affordable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t told by Charlie, they charged by HOUR until I was hit with it at the end of the moving. It was the MOST EXPENSIVE move EVER. I literally wanted to cry….Harold, after seem my surprised-not believing face gave me a small discount but not even close to my previous mover prices!

I’m extremely disappointed with how this move was handled. A few of my items arrived damaged, and my mattresses were delivered dirty — which is unacceptable for a company that claims to be five-star. This was not an inexpensive move; I paid a significant amount expecting a high level of care and professionalism. I even paid an extra $100 for their “protection plan,” thinking it would provide peace of mind if something went wrong.

If there was a zero stars that is what they deserve.Promises unkept, and Troy the owner is in need of some customer satisfaction training. I have used them twice, shme on me for thinking that they were interested in customer satisfaction. If you want to be disappointed, use these guys. Their reply is typical of Troy. He made a feeble attempt to resolve, just started calling me names, and told me that they are always right.

I used Price Moving from Bonita for a local move. Here's what they did: they completely broke the wrought iron screen door off its continuous hinge; they chipped up the paint on the entry door; they chipped up the paint on my new bed footboard; they broke part of the leg on one of my end tables and completely broke off the entire top piece of my cat tree. They originally quoted me $1,529 for a six-hour move.
