We moved from Naples to Sarasota in May this year. These guys were super responsive and friendly in the beginning, but you better pray you don't have furniture damage, because that's when the trouble really starts. Out of all my furniture, my very favorite 3 year old Berhardt dining room table ended up with a 2"x 4" gouge and a lesser deep scratch in the middle of my table. I was crushed. Eagle Eye made all kinds of lip service and then began radio silence.

I feel I must update my original review. My family and I hired Eagle Eye Movers to help us move in-state (FL). The plan was to have our things packed up and moved to Eagle Eye’s storage facility in Naples while we searched for a home in our new city. The first phase of our move was mostly uneventful save for the ‘miscommunication’ regarding the fees to both move and store our things for about 30 days (the original quote was off by nearly $1000).

My experience with these movers was literally the most bizarre experience of my life, it’s still difficult for me to believe it happened. On the day that our tenants were moving out I had arranged for my friend to go pick up a white sectional couch that we had let the tenants use while they were in the condo. When my friend arrived with her mover the couch was not there. The tenants said they had given the couch to other movers who had arrived earlier. We were totally confused.

This company does not know how to respond to customer inquiries, let alone give them a call back when promised. I reached out to the better business bureau about my issue and I have received an email stating that they have not responded to the BBB reaching out. Might have to use an Ouija board to make contact. Also, I was way overcharged for the services received. Leo in the financial department does not help. When it was time to pay he said their system was down and that I would get a refund once it was back up.

Waited three hours. Never showed up. They did another job instead of mine which I had scheduled. Kept saying be there in 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time. I don’t enjoy writing a bad review.
At first, the moving experience was great. I decided to leave my old apartment while my boyfriend finished packing up and I would go to the new apartment to get everything unloaded. The next day I went back to the old apartment and they had left half of the patio furniture, a mattress and a few boxes. I called and Pablo said they would be there ASAP to pick it up. The never came and I called everyday that week to see if they could pick it up. They kept saying they would but never did.
Hello Chloe, Thank you for your feedback and your experience has served as an example for current/future movers that work at EEM. The part that you fail to mention is that you had an agreement with one of my movers; unfortunately, they did not pickup the items that you were giving them as a gift.
I hired this business and I have never seen people so lazy like those who were sent to move my stuff. They were also so fishonest and deliberately worked so slow i regret hiring them minutes into the loading. I moved a distance of about 12 miles within the same city and they wasted an hour driving to the new place which is supposed to take 15 minutes.

I moved on 7/12 and did not received my belongings until 7/26. First the truck broke down and no one called me. They did not delivered my stand up mirror. They don’t return your calls. Very disappointed.

Eli and Ernesto are real professional movers. They are fast, friendly, responsive and careful. They delivered exactly on time in spite of a long drive (from Florida to Michigan) and difficult traffic. Thompson, Xavier, Jean moved a piano for us all the way from Tampa in one day and I could call and check location along the way Cynthia always answered phone and was great with any questions and Thompson kept us informed all along the way. Great experience, and great price!
Could not be happier with our entire moving experience! I called 5 companies; 3 called me back. They all gave me rough estimates over the phone, and Eagle Eye was the highest. But after coming to our place for final estimates, 2 of them increased dramatically while Pablo's (Eagle Eye) was very similar to the first rough estimate and less than the other 2 final estimates.
Communication: 5 Stars. during each stage of the process I was able to coordinate with different members of their team including the office manager, owner, and drivers. Correspondence was super versatile over text messages, email, and phone. They check in with you after the job is complete to make sure everything went well. Pricing: 5 Stars. Very affordable and reasonable costs. I had checked out 4 other moving companies and all of their rates were hilariously overpriced in comparison.
