DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They lied, overcharged us, and may have broken several federal laws (from what I was told by someone who works for the FMCSA ), and after our experience and damages offered us $75 for over $7,000 in actual damages, not including the overcharge of about $800. We have moved across state and the country a dozen times and have never had an experience this bad.

DO NOT USE THEM. By far our worst fears came true. The initial pick up of goods looked to go well. But the STORAGE and DELIVERY of our goods to our new destination was a disaster. Arrived in too small uhaul and looked to have been thrown in . Other boxes arrived in unpackers cars. They also had to go back and pick up the balance of the boxes, but returned in a different truck. This was totally an unprofessional, irresponsible , careless and reckless way to deliver our household goods.

This company was hired to move me about 5 miles. I scheduled for them to be at my house between 10 and 11 AM. They did not show up till 4 PM and the agreement was to move me and drive to the new location and deliver and set up my things in …

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company called me after I mistakenly filled out an online form for moving quotes and then you get spammed 10x a day (still today, almost a year later). I was planning to move from Texas to Colorado and I was apprehensive of hiring a moving company. The salesman, Michael, is a liar. I was adamant that my belongings would not be unloaded off the truck into a warehouse, even agreeing to pay extra for the door to door service.

Artem, Santos and Mansur were amazing and efficient! Although my movers initially were great that was about the only good thing about this process. When I got to California the moving company offered little to no communication. The sales manager said he would call me back but as a typical salesman didn’t. When my stuff finally arrived a mouse ran out of my rug! My movers just laughed as if my stuff being infested with rat poop during their storage or that I have a rouge mouse in my house was funny.

I was told one price and it jumped from 4000 to 7000 for my move from Virginia to Pheonix. This company is a rip off! The only plus that I can say is Chris was very polite and I loved his conversation. When I called about the price the young lady was not listening to what I was saying . During the virtual walk through he said that he was putting up to 7000 just in case. There was no just in case . My move should not be 7000! To top it off they have a contract with the company that I work for !

We made a huge mistake hiring this company to move our home furniture and appliances from NJ to AL. They sent a team, who despite being quick, didn't speak English. They packed garbage, left valuable items behind (patio set, yard equipment, smoker, etc.), and destroyed 3/4 of our furniture/appliances. We had insurance, but filing a claim was nearly impossible due to unreasonable requirements. Items are also missing. Please be aware before hiring them! I would give them zero stars.

We just had our belongings delivered and we have a cracked TV screen, damaged boxes (some are water damage from I don't know what), and totes that are completely malformed because they were stacked underneath heavier boxes. The first thing out of the driver's mouth is "Where money?" This is the shoddiest service I have received from anyone. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give zero Stars I would.
