I worked with them as a contractor and from what i’ve seen with how they operate, they rip off their customers, are very unprofessional, and i would not recommend their services. Stay away from these guys. The manager Steven Cooper also chargebacked payments to me after refusing to pay me for an outstanding invoice
Stay away from this company. I chose Pacific for my interstate move and it was a bad mistake. The price they quoted kept going up the day of the move, they were nickle and diming every chance they got. The movers were lazy as they needed to be told by me to protect flooring and walls. I literally could not wait for the move to be over as I wanted all of them out of my life so I would never need to see them again. The Supervisor did not set the right examples for his crew to follow.
Overall dealing with the company was a headache. They preach “white glove service” but don’t follow the standards of the supposed “white glove service” that they claim to pride themselves on providing. …

I moved from Delaware to Tequesta, Florida this past May and used Pacific Van Lines for the move. Overall, it was a really solid experience and I’m glad I went with them. I gotta give a big shoutout to Michele, my move coordinator. She was a total lifesaver. Even when I kinda lost it at one point (moving out of state is no joke!), she kept her cool and helped me get back on track. She didn’t make me feel bad for freaking out a bit, and that honestly meant a lot.

This was the worse moving experience! Pacific Van Lines, had bait & switch customer service! I was promised excellent service until all my belongings were delivered. This was not the case I’m still waiting for missing items & no one is getting back to be on the status of my missing items!!Moved from California to Atlanta!!
I used this company for a cross country move. They showed up with a crew on the date and time promised. Delivery was received in great condition faster than expected. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving long distance.
