TERRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY!! DAMAGED OUR BELONGINGS! If you have a storage unit here better go CHECK ON YOUR BELONGINGS ASAP!!!! we’ve had a storage unit since 2017 here… never an issue under previous owners. Once they were bought by Storagemart, they claimed to have “mailed” notice of the change in owners. Then when they decided to change our lock and door (without the courtesy of calling us), they went into our unit without notice and literally threw our items around like GARBAGE back into the unit.

I been at Richey Mini Storage 12 years and my bill was $71 month. Now since the sale my bill has gone to $85. Now their charging $129 w zero notice of rate change. We also always had 5 day grace period until late fee got attached and now their hacking customers on pricing and units. My unit hasn't gotten bigger it's still outside in the elements and temperature changes. I need help finding a new storage facility cause their is 0 no way no chance I'm paying $129 month for small storage unit

I tried to rent in internet but it asked me for credit card info and everything but don't say how much I have to pay,, how I gonna give my info if I have not idea what I'm paying?? 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I call and the guy who answered me didn't explain well🤷♂️🤷♂️ the website should say what I'm paying and how much before asking for credit card info🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Good value. Helpful staff. Saved alot of money by switching. I use it all the time. Clean facility... And it has a light...never had that before. Don't bring a 26' moving truck. It might be tough to get in... But I got a 20' in with no big problems
