This place is a rip off went to rent a truck and they said I owed them 200 from a previous rental ,said I never paid when I returned the truck ,yet you have to give them your card number to reserve so how did they not get paid told me i should have keep the receipt ,never again would I use or recommend this company

Since they changed management, the new people are horrible. Overcharged me and didn't reimburse me Ive been there for TWO YEARS. The girl has an attitude problem. Doesn't treat people like human beings. Needs better/ nicer employees.

Do not rent from here we moved in 2024 our rent was $42 , there were 2 price hikes that amounted to $92 by the time we moved out... today we moved ou.. We haven't been there for 2 years....and we definitely regret going to this place. They don't work with the tenants at all .. you'll ask to change your due date and they refuse to work with you.. .sorry but Ill take my business somewhere else where the customers are appreciated. This storage facility has a terrible mouse infestation. My storage unit is now full of mouse droppings and urine and they have chewed through some of my belongings. The manager, Alan Morris is sneaky and not to be trusted.

There was mouse and cockroaches that I saw with my own eyes and I also believe rats because of rat poop. Maintenance staff was not helpful at all.
