It is disappointing that my original review was removed after I shared my honest experience, so I feel it is important to post again. I am very disappointed with the service from 24/7 Moving Company. From the moment the movers arrived, things went downhill. It took them 45 minutes to even get started. Twenty of those minutes were spent retrieving supplies. When they returned, all they had were two dollies and a couple of plastic wrap rolls.

The apartment we moved from and the one we moved to had a fair walk to and from the truck so we expected an additional 2 hours or so needed to complete the move. This was a one bedroom apartment sized move locally so I expected it to increase from about 4 hours to 6 hours or so. While moving our things, there was no sense of urgency and therefore the move was extremely inefficient driving the cost up. We had pre-packed our things as well.
I had a really disappointing experience with 24/7 Moving Company and feel compelled to share it, especially after what happened once my partner left an honest review. We hired two movers for what should have been a pretty straightforward move. They showed up at 8:15 AM and told us that’s when our time started. Fair enough, but they didn’t start moving a single item until 8:50.

Not a good one at all they broke a very sentimental item in our home and weren’t planning on saying anything so I had to ask after seeing all the broken pieces everywhere and they didn’t even apologize after the fact they acted like it wasn’t a big deal not knowing it’s worth and not to mention how they were standing around most of the time chatting and wrapping up the same cup over and over again if I knew that was the case I woulda done this all myself and I’d like to also add I was told the boxes would be…

These guys had moved and stored several pieces of furniture and some paintings. they didn't bother covering most of the items. several pieces of the furniture and paintings were destroyed. Obviously they did not care at all about the quality of their work or about anyone's personal belongings. I could not believe anyone would do such a poor job moving and storing items with such a complete lack of respect for the items.

The moving team arrived on time and handled everything with great care and professionalism. They carefully packed, lifted, and transported furniture, boxes, and fragile items without causing any damage. I appreciated how efficiently they worked while still paying close attention to protecting my belongings during loading and unloading. Another thing I appreciated was the organization and teamwork shown throughout the move.
I honestly can't give a better rating for this company. I'm a bit overdue, as they helped me move about a year ago, but I wanted to make sure I said my piece before I forgot again (I don't typically write reviews). Alex was incredible at communication and the moving team (Freddy, Benjamin, and Vitale) did an absolutely amazing job of moving us from our 1 story house in Clairemont to a 3rd floor apartment (with no elevator) in Mission Valley.
Great service all around and great price! Scheduling the move was easy, best to do this over the phone. I needed to keep the carpet in my old place clean, they were able to accommodate. The carpet, actually everything, was left clean! Did not take long at all for them to complete the move. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
This was my second time hiring these movers, and they were just as fast and efficient as before. They’re highly professional, no unnecessary fuss, and their pricing is very competitive compared to other local companies. It’s surprising they don’t have more reviews, especially given their 10 years in the business. Moving our condo from the second floor was a breeze for them. I highly recommend their services.
