So after being strong armed to give a 5 star rating while the owner stood there and made me review and give 5 stars I am going to now give my honest review. It started out ok with communication and they also arrived right on time. That is when it went down hill. What should have been a 2-3 hour loading job for two or three movers as 4 other companies have done for us in the past took them 5.5 hours. There was one guy who was doing much of everything while I had no clue where the others were.
Thank you for your fantastic review, David! We are thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with us. Your feedback motivates our team to continue providing exceptional service. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I had an amazing experience with 24K Moving Company! The team was professional, on time, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. The movers were respectful, hardworking, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Their communication and customer service were top tier.

Madison, Frankie, Chris and Chatara were great. Friendly, polite, and careful. They worked hard, even when it started raining. Scheduling was easy. The workers were prompt. They stayed til it was finished. Great experience.

Movers so nice we hired them twice! As a large family we were all going different directions my mom was moving to her own apartment I was moving to my own space. The 24K Moving Company crew of Esay, Paris, Wayne, and Omar were amazing! Yesterday I was mostly moving my things to my house, however some things needed to go to storage as well. I had so much stuff I was unable to finish that job in 1 day. The owner of the moving company said we can come back tomorrow and finish the job if that would help?
Thank you so much for the glowing review and for trusting 24K Moving Company twice. We are delighted Esay, Paris, Wayne, Omar, and our team could accommodate the extra day and handle deliveries to your house, storage, and your mother’s … More
24K Moving Company is great! Esay and his crew were so easy to work with -- very professional, friendly, and worked hard. They took great care of all of our belongings when loading and helped to ensure everything went exactly where we wanted it on the unload. We're so grateful for their help moving the many things we need to keep our nonprofit community organization running.
Thank you, Broad Ripple Village Association, for the kind review. We’re glad Esay and the crew provided professional, friendly service and took great care of your belongings. It was our pleasure to ensure everything was placed where you wanted during the unload.
