Faculty and onsite employee are good. Employee is empowered to make decisions and regional manager is non responsive to a request from customer for a credit due to error on the part of the Self Storage. Nothing is more frustrating when money is owed and no response from management. We rent from another storage location in Carmel, Shamrock Storage, with no issues and fast response .

I actually liked this place for the most part. However, there are two issues I have with it. One, the posted hours are not adhered to. They may be there during the hours or they may not be. Second, when I decided to close my unit, I went in to talk about what needed to be done. I spoke with Larry and he informed that that if I was out by the last day of the month, the unit would be cancelled.

I set up my storage unit over the phone and was able to access my unit, ready to go that same day! The manager was very friendly and accommodating, asking if I needed anything, when I brought my items to store. Great location and easy access to the facility while still being very secure.
