As where the employees were fantastic, I could not have asked for better. The owner Monte is a liar. My daughter had a tree fall through her house and we were desperate to get someone there to try and get out what we could before it was stolen or rained on. I was quoted $180 an hour plus time from the warehouse to the storage facility. What should have cost around $800 I was charged $1409.50. PLUS the $75 deposit.
After looking into your claim and hearing your recorded call you were explained over the phone all charges and estimated total for your move. the rate that was EXPLAINED WAS 180 per hour plus 1 hr trip which is 180 and it was told to you that we charge a long -distance tariff because of the…
I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN‼️ 1. They arrived late, no text or call to provide an update. 2. They overcharge you on site, after quoting you a price and confirming there are no additional fees. 3. My bed was stained, file cabinet was dented, washer wasn’t connected properly, and some of my packed boxes were not handled with care. 4. Poor communication and unprofessional service. 5. As a woman, I felt taken advantage of‼️
Saw the reviews at a reasonable price so I thought we would give them a chance, messaged us that they would like to come out and see what we had to move before scheduling pick up. They told us they would be out between 3:30-4:00 on a Saturday so we changed our plans to make sure we would be home, at 3:45 messaged them to let us know when they would be out. I called at 4:45 after no response, and no answer.

This company quoted me a price of around $700 for my move. Charged me a deposit up front of $175. Then call the day before to say that he had to go to a doctor's appointment with his son and couldn't do my move so he put me off on another company called Green truck. They charged me $1,100 for the move. When I complained it meant nothing to them. No refund at all. No refund for the deposit to Three movers and a Truck either! The company that did absolutely nothing but take my money.

Oh my goodness where to begin!! This company is absolutely horrible! They first off said $250 per hour which included the truck and 4 guys. By the time they were done my bill was $3,500.00 and it was 8.5 hours and a 75 mile distance. They left the house we were moving out of filthy water bottles and trash everywhere. Now the best part of all upon moving my items I to my new home we had a broken $500 desk, 3 damaged expensive mattresses. Master suite furniture was all damaged with scratches that cannot be removed!
That’s not correct you where sent over paperwork as you asked. Feel free to reach out to our claims department. All of you belonging where padded and covered before we even moved out the house. We also have all pictures of any pre exciting damages with your furniture in its place.
First I would like to start off by saying the 3 young men that showed up to move me did a good job. However, my problem lies with the owner or whomever is in charge of billing. I believe the guy I spoke to was Mike. I was quoted $185 plus a trip charge. I left a deposit of $185 which would be applied to the move. I moved from Lawrenceville to Winder. I purposely looked for a mover located in Lawrenceville to avoid paying a lot of mileage. The job took 4 1/2 hours exactly.

I call this company weekly and leave a voicemail. Eugene does not return them or the text messages i sent him. I have proof of emails, texts and phone calls I used this company for a March 1 2020 move from Georgia to NJ. Eugene was great all the way till he left my home with my items. That is when the nightmare began. I don't need to rewrite what happened as Eugene knows what happened and repeatedly blames me for.

Horrible and expensive experience. Choose anyone else. They had to reschedule for this past weekend with zero notice and then were an hour late for the rescheduled time. I was told it would be $165 per hour before they started. The move took 1.5 hours and I somehow paid over $1300 when you include the $100 deposit and tip (the tip was optional, and I did leave it bc I thought at the time of paying that all my items were moved (they were not) and it’s mainly on the owner, not the workers (however I realize now not…

Hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Eugene & his crew showed up right on time, worked fast, and handled everything with care. They wrapped and protected all of my furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. What really stood out was their attitude professional, respectful, and hardworking the entire time. Eugene, Robert and the team at ‘3 Movers 1 Truck’ are amazing! We had the best service and communication ever. Our move was huge from Georgia to Idaho and did not come without challenges. 3 movers 1 truck really came through in the clutch for me. I was in a bind and had to move on short notice, 3 movers told me that I had nothing to worry about and that statement was accurate. Not only were they professional. They were on time and moved at a great Pace that saved me a lot of money. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to be moved at a fair rate while in a bind! From the moment I met Eugene, I knew he was the mover for me, and was I right!! This was a very big moving job! We had 2 tractor trailers of stuff which they packed, wrapped for 2 days and moved for 2 days. They became 12 men four trucks. They worked tirelessly and never lost their great attitude and smiles. The move presented an unexpected challenge when we arrived and the occupant of the house we were moving into had trouble getting movers to move her out.
