I purchased a storage unit which went up for auction. Upon my arrival, the unit did not match the photographs online. The facility lied and tried to cover up the missing or stolen items. Management refused to speak with me for months. That's was fine though I took them to court and Won the civil matter and received compensation!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FACILITY BASED ON THE LYING EMPLOYEE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ANY STORAGEMARTS BASED ON THE POOR MAMAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION.

I was never told there was $15 insurance fee every month. I was lead to believe my monthly fee was $44 plus the $29 activation fee. But when I got my first bill it was $59. They never told me about the $15 insurance. I think it was not fair of them to not to tell me that up front. Make sure u know everything before signing anything with them. I had to learn the hard way.

They didnt provide the movers i agreed to nor did they provide a valid eta. The billed my bank card info after they changed the documents. They have enganged in criminal behavior. They are scammers. They took advantage of me needing services the same day to move my furniture from one storage unit to another. Do not trust this company

If you’re in need of a 10x10, im about to clear out. The rent has doubled in the 8 years I’ve been there and now they want an additional $20 a month for what used to be the free service of 24 hour access. The value is no longer there.

I have been here at this StorageMart for a number of years and the service here is very professional and great. I highly recommend it. Vincient, the manager here is an access to this company. He is efficient in his dealing concerning anything a renter may have an issue with and he is courteous. He goes over and beyond to be of assistance. He bring the highest service and professionalism to the company. You are always in great hands with any issue you come upon at the Lawrenceville, Ga location.

Vincent and Mark have been incredibly helpful with occupying a unit at StorageMart! They were both very prompt in returning my phone calls, and stayed in communication with me until all of my concerns were answered. Vincent in particular made the renting process a breeze. Vincent was great with helping me get checked in, the process was fast affordable and easy I am updating my review being that im now closing my account. My experience with Storage Mart has been a pleasant one. No damage of any kind to my belongings, no issues accessing my unit and the price always remained the same. I really enjoyed the 24hr 7days a week access as well. Thanks storage mart! I will turn to you guys in the future for any storage needs!
