This was the worst moving experience we have ever had. The load up guys broke multiple important items, took 2x as long as quoted. Caught them on their phones multiple times. Janyce Perry, was our "moving coordinator". What a joke. Getting updates from her was pulling teeth. We were originally quoted an initial delivery date, and that suddenly changed when the 1st truck got too full. Not only did this delay the arrival of our items by over 10 days, we had to contact our coordinator to even get that update.

I had the pleasure of coming to a 3 way stop and almost getting T-boned by one of the Hilldrup moving trucks. Not only did they not stop, they didn’t even slow down AT ALL. When the truck driver thankfully slammed his breaks, he started waving his arms and yelling at me. He then motioned to the storage area of his truck and flipped me off. I assume he was telling me he has a full load and couldn’t stop.

Update: I recoeved notification the day after the projected port arrival date that the date arrival is now facing another 3 weeks delay. No explanation, no call, just an email that I have to accept. There's no accommodation, nothing. The worst part is, I received weekly updates on the tracking and not one indicated a delay until AFTER the arrival date passed and the goods were not here. Make it make sense. Post 1: 15yrs of military service, 7 different moves, and never experienced coordination so slow.

I don’t know about the rest of these reviews but I am not impressed with their price gouging. I just had my ONE bedroom ONE bathroom apartment estimated for full move and the guy quoted me over $6,000! SIX GRAND for a one bedroom?! That’s Ridiculous! I don’t care if it’s your peak season or not... gouging people for that much says something about the company. I found another mover who offers same exact services for less than HALF what these guys quoted. $6,000 for a move should be a two story full house!

Francisco and his Hilldrup crew were extremely efficient and professional. They were on time, friendly, and respectful. I cannot comment on pricing as this move was military-sponsored and I was the release agent for my son, but they are by far the best movers I have experienced in my lifetime!

What great people! David and Moses and the other workers were so professional and attentive. Everyone took the time to gently disassemble, tape and wrap each piece of furniture. They had high trafficked areas of the home taped with a blue “carpet” to help keep floors clean and prevent scuffing. You could just tell these guys knew what they were doing! I’ll definitely be recommending their team to my future clients who need qualified expert movers.

I definitely recommend this packing & moving company! We have two toddlers that kept running up to the movers, but they were very sweet & patient with them. They also packed very quickly, efficiently and organized! Super friendly people & easy to talk to.

We were introduced to this company because of a job relocation but can’t recommend them enough. We were moving across state lines and their crew spent a week and a half with us - packing, loading, unloading and unpacking. They are extremely professional and respectful, handled all of our items with care. Our team included Bobby and Gilbert, who were there the entire time. These two are absolutely amazing!!!! I truly can’t say enough great things about these two, moving is so stressful but they made it fun.
