I advise you to make the most of the time you hire them because it seems they only come to help with heavy items and forget about boxes and smaller things. I hired them for two hours, and after only one hour, they insisted that all the large items had been loaded and that they were finished. They tell you that you have a whole day to make the payment, and within a minute, someone was already calling me demanding immediate payment. You'd think they'd be a little more considerate of people being busy during a move.
We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the service that was provided. Our records show that the job was completed within the agreed minimum service time and according to the terms of the reservation. … More
