Be careful with this storage unit. I signed up for a unit on March and now i received an email on September, notifying me that they raised the price $40 more without any reason. When i call and ask they tell me it’s because they can, according to them they don’t need a reason to raise it. Now you are stuck with a price that you never agreed on with no other options provided, really bad and unprofessional way to treat a customer.

There are two very important reasons why I am giving this company one star. I would give a zero star if I was able to do so. First, let me say that I have been an excellent paying customer of this facility for many years. I currently rent two units. Recently, I was increased "again" my monthly rent. Interestingly enough, I had inquired a few days prior to receiving the notification that my rent was increasing about renting a larger unit in exchange for the small one I already rent.

In my life, not even in the five years I've lived in this country, I've never been treated so badly anywhere. I mean, you're requesting a service and paying for it, and to top it all off, you have to put up with rudeness and poor treatment from the manager. He even raised the price without informing me (I had automatic payments). If you want to store boxes or anything else, I advise you never to go to this place. NEVER.

The worst attitude from the person there, named Ali. His attitude is horrible; it's like he doesn't want you to rent. He's like the enemy of this storage. I don't recommend going anywhere else. Please, it's the worst service I've ever received. With Mr. Ali's attitude, I had one of the most unpleasant experiences. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THAT MAN DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE DEALING WITH PEOPLE.

Dude, that's a horrible place in there, the air conditioning doesn't work, what the hell, man? And on top of that, there are dead animals and a rotten smell coming from some storage rooms, it smells like death in there, it's awful. And the staff were terrible, such bad service, it was awful, I had to get out of that disgusting place and those degrading people.
We regret that your experience was not the best; we work daily to improve our service and customer care.
What a place! It smells rotten, like rotten meat, and has no ventilation. It's suffocating, like an oven. And the staff are awfully rude. What a horror! Bye! As soon as I saw that, I went to a better place.

Nice clean facility until I saw a huge rat running on the third floor, All of the restrooms are closed. My husband has a unit.
