I used Rodi for moving our stuff and furniture from Miami to Puerto Rico. The movers in Miami arrived late and unprepared. They said they weren't aware that they were moving furniture and came without tools even though I had sent pictures of all the furniture pieces to Chad Francis. They had to wait hours for another crew member to arrive with tools so they could start packing the furniture.

They are dishonest thieves. They rigged my desk in the corner to appear it was assembled, only to find it it wasn't actually put back to together, and on top of it, they stole a dozen screws and washers that I then had to find replacements for. I let them know about it, and got absolutely no response. If you want an honest company, this is not it.

This moving service is a complete scam. Whatever they quote you, it will be double the actual price. That’s what happened with me and then they continue to charge for other things such as using an elevator or stairs. Also service is very unreliable takes much longer than what they first will tell. Just a very dishonest company.

The movers were unprofessional, did not finish the job on time and I had to wait 3days for them to come back and finish. They left garbage everywhere, scratched the wall and even the building hallway. …
Maria, We are very sorry our crew did not provide you with excellent service. I spoke to our dispatch coordinator and he informed me that you did not reserve the elevator for your building in Brickell the day of delivery. Our crew had to plead with management to allow us a partial day of work.
This is a scam place to work with, extremly rude employees Ellsa,. We did transport a vehicle for them , after 11 emails and 40 phone calls they are NOT paying us for the job we did! …
Greta, your invoice to us was dated May 2023 and we paid the invoice two days later via Zelle, per our contract agreement. I provided proof of payment and confirmation numbers when the payment was sent.

Extraordinary service from beginning to end. I am a real estate advisor in Miami FL and was looking for a professional company that would service one of my clients moving to Puerto Rico. My first communication was with Chad Francis who assisted with all the information pertaining the process timeline and steps, advising on how to obtain an accurate inventory and providing an estimate that was very reasonable and most importantly did not change at the end of the move.

The best move experience I have had. Absolutely everything went exactly as it was supposed to. The crew arrived on time. They had new packing material. They surveyed my stuff (2 large storage units) and because they are experienced movers (not kids) they quickly and efficiently got everything sorted, boxes packed, made custom cardboard crates for all my furniture and pictures. The container loading was especially important, as my stuff was being sent on a cargo ship.

I decided on IVL based on reputation, cost, and how they handled my initial call. This is the first time moving overseas, so I was a bit nervous about the process. My sales rep, Nico, was great. He walked me through the process, explained everything in detail, and was very patient with us. On the day of the move, they sent a 4-man team to pack and load a 40' container. They got the job done within about 6-7 hours. They did a great job packing and loading, so we received all our stuff without any damage or loss.
We chose IVL after looking at a few quotes, and their reputation really sold us. Since this was our first international move, we were incredibly stressed, but our coordinator was amazing. He broke down the whole process, answered all our crazy questions, and completely put our minds at ease. The packing crew arrived on time and loaded up our container in just a few hours. They wrapped everything so securely that all our items arrived at our new home overseas in perfect condition—not a single scratch.
