This review is coming from a manager at a storage facility: These guys are probably the most disrespectful movers I have been in contact with, and I have come across more than I can count. Normally, when movers come to a facility, there are rules especially if its a climate controlled facility(doors can't stay open, you can't block the entrance door). These guys came in and made the space their own. They blocked the entrance so that other tenant were not able to get in.
DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE. We had a 3 part move which involved many antiques. One of these was a 200+ year old grandfather clock which Mike, the owner, witnessed was running in perfect order. I was assured on this visit that moving and storing this would be no problem. "We do it all the time". Once moved to our house we discovered the clock had significant damage from the moving and/or storage. I asked to submit a claim on insurance.

In their own words
This is the second time I have used 3E movers and both times the crew arrived on time. The crew was professional and accomodating to the few requests I made. There was no damage to any of my belongings and nothing went ‘missing’, as had happened years ago with another moving company out of Acton. My furniture was fully wrapped with clean, quilted blankets, while other crew members moved items, , and the crew chief organized items being placed in the truck.
Best experience with a moving company ever! From the start they were responsive and flexible with our schedule. The team that showed up were absolutely fantastic! They were quick but at the same time took the very best care with all of our items! They wrapped and protected everything that needed it and when we got to the new house they went above and beyond making sure everything was in place.
For a recent move from NH to MA, the mover I was working with in NH was unable to accommodate the time period we were looking for. I booked 3E out of some desperation at the last moment. It appears I really lucked out finding them. Instead of a 2-day move proposed by the other mover, they were able to provide 1-day move with 2 trucks and 4 people to load. And then they were able to allocate 2 additional people for unload and place everything properly, saving even more time.
We recently used 3E moving and I was beyond pleased with the entire process. Mike came out to give us an honest, reasonable estimate; super nice guy, incredibly professional and personable. When the day came, about 6 movers showed up to get everything out of our house, go to a storage unit and grab those items, and then unload 2+ truck loads to our new home. They were nonstop all day. They were all incredibly respectful, hard working, fun and provided significant relief to the stress of moving.
