Omg, too bad this is one of the only places in the area that moves military. They didn't pack my items improperly. No paper at the top and bottom of boxes. Things wrapped inadequatly so they broke. Choose them if you want young kids on their cells the whole time giving you attitude. Negative stars if I could.

I had my household goods delivered but am missing a lot of things, I am so disappointed and frustrated. An entire box has not been delivered! Also, I've been calling but they havent been picking up for the box pickup.

Loading process very slow. Even if u call ahead and let them know how soon your be there it's still a very slow process. They moved to another warehouse and they went from bad to worse! They have all they trucks parked everywhere plus other companies have they stuff everywhere it's horrible. There's not much room for you to back up without running off the crub and onto the grass. They have moving boxes everywhere etc it's horrible.

We had so many issues with this move (over 30 boxes were either shipped in error—should have been in long term storage- or not shipped as requested—beds, clothes, TV, etc). Moreover, they shipped firearms to a country where those items are prohibited—placing me and my career in jeopardy. After nearly a month of ghosting, I received a reply and thought we had a solution, but have again been ghosted for over a month. Military members in Texas should consider putting this moving company on the “Do Not Hire” list.

I am moving out of our house in Wichita and heading to Florida. A1 was professional and took care of our belongings. They pack with care and are quick and efficient. Moving is stressful but with A1 they made it easier knowing our stuff was being taken care of. Recommend using them for moving needs.

I hired two men and a truck from A-1 Freeman Moving & Storage. They came over and got to it. They loaded my HHG'S in a timely manner. Moved across town and unloaded them as well. I was very well pleased. The two young men did a great job. Now I thought the price was a bit high. But it was worth it. Thanks again for a great job.

The fast and convenient shredding is a great way to ensure my personal documents are securely destroyed. If you can’t get there on their shred Saturday the first Saturday of each month, they take walking shredding from 8-5 Monday-Friday. They charge $10 per box or bag.
