I can't imagine a moving company doing a worse job than this one. They were three hours late showing up, I had to call the office repeatedly asking for a time frame and the staff had no idea where the drivers even were. When they did finally show up they brought no tools with them even though I had specifically told them they needed to disassemble some bunkbeds. They broke my dresser and didnt say anything to me about it. I noticed later on that evening that it was sitting crooked.
Beware! Do not hire this company! Horrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional, in your face disagreements, and arguments between each other with multiple use of offensive language. Several pieces of major furniture were damaged beyond repair and required replacement. Resolution was offered but not even worth a pillow on the sofa. Truly a slap in the face.
Never use this company for anything. I was a long time customer I needed a move in a hurry. they dragged there feet for 3 days then said they could not do. Yes it was short notice but you should know immediately if you can do it. they were my go to movers but now i agree with all the other businesses that tell me to use someone else.
They damaged furniture, they were late, rude, lied..... do not use this company! Abusive & unprofessional moving staff. Family is very disappointed. I will NOT remove this as I stated my FAMILY hired your company. I've seen the damage to their furniture and they shared their experience & how they were treated.

Would not recommend. We had extensive damage to multiple prices of furniture. Very difficult to reach a satisfactory resolution even 6 weeks after our furniture arrived.
This place is garbage the employees are nice but the business owners are completely ridiculous and snakey i wouldn't trust them with a dollar

A-1 is everything you could ask for in a move. Communication and professionalism were top notch. Garrett and his team hustled like you wouldn't believe. They disassembled and reassembled furniture, bedroom sets, etc. in no time. 5 stars isn't high enough of a rating.
