Worst moving experience ever. Gave them over $1000 for 2 hours and ended up with my furniture broken. Even after specifically calling to tell them I needed extra care and help with the furniture. Now it’s broken. They even just left the leg sitting off to the side on my dresser in the truck after they busted it off. Didn’t even tell me it wasn’t secured or anything. I found it rolling around next to the dresser in the truck and it’s not even stable now. Don’t waste your time.
Good luck getting them to answer their phone. What is it with Madison businesses not answering the phone? I’ve tried calling 2 days in a row now at all kinds of times throughout the day. Fine. You don’t want my business, I’ll go somewhere else. Am I am not leaving a message so you can get back to me when it’s convenient for you. I have a schedule, you’re inability to answer my call is not my problem.
Hi Adam, I sincerely apologize that we missed your calls last year. After receiving your feedback, we actually looked at our call statistics and found that our missed call rate was indeed higher than usual at that time. Demand for our services had outgrown our phone staff.
0 out of 10 with this places customer service. If you choose this company, make sure to take the lead with the movers. I felt like they were wasting time on purpose because they only had to move 4 items. Sure enough just 15 minutes over time frame, enough to charge for another hour. SCAM, I've better experience with Uhaul movers. Also they really only care about there rep, so...
Despite what their website says, they do NOT serve all of Wisconsin. They were unable to help with a Madison to Algoma move (3 hour distance) due to limited licensing. Disappointing.
Did not use service But I live in Janesville 45 min drive they said just for them to come here and back it would be $400 alone . That’s not the cost of any moving!!! That’s crazy.

The team of Alejandro and Jason arrived right on time, fully prepared, and immediately got to work. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for my belongings. Fragile items were carefully wrapped and secured, furniture was handled with precision, and nothing was rushed or treated carelessly. It was clear they take pride in their work. Communication throughout the move was excellent.
Amazing experience working with Badger Brothers Moving! During the move, Justin B, Sean Z and Connor B were extremely professional, polite, and incredibly efficient moving my 3 bedroom home. As soon as they arrived they set straight to work and never let up at all until we were fully unloaded at my new home which was even more impressive because it was about a 7 hour move total.
I had my second experience with Badger Brothers on April 17 which involved a move of furniture from my home to that of a neighbor. Three of the pieces were very heavy. I have to say Jude and Josh surpassed any movers I have ever had in terms of their strength, agility, and how fast they did the job. They were prompt, careful, respectful of our properties, and very polite & pleasant to be around. I intend to use Badger Brothers for anything I need moved in the future, likely again in May of this year. P.S.
I am impressed by the exceptional team at this company. As a first-time customer of a moving company, I was hesitant due to concerns about high prices. Previously, I opted for the more affordable option of renting a U-Haul and recruiting help. Fortunately, I discovered Badger Brothers Moving Company, which proved to be an excellent decision. The entire process, from obtaining a quote to the movers' departure from my residence, was remarkably seamless.
