The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Had a piano moved a few weeks ago and it was damaged in the process. The mover did not document it, so I emailed the company photos and called. I was told I would receive a phone call from the owner to resolve the issue, but did not received any calls. Called back and was told a manager would call me by the end of the day. Still no calls.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Had my 57 year old full size grand piano moved yesterday. A-1 was incredible. They were on time, communicated very well, and went above and beyond to make sure the piano was not damaged and assembled perfectly. I cannot thank them enough for an excellent job.
People from A1 movers are amazing! I have moved many pianos with them for years and they have always provided the best moving service possible and I decided do my home moving with them as well. All the movers are very sincere, polite and responsible! Hill was a hard worker and never missed his smile and energy in such a long and tough process of moving. David, the owner of this company is also very nice and clever.
Juwan and the crew arrived an hour earlier than estimated. That was a nice surprise. They moved my antique upright piano from my home into a storage unit I was nervous about the process since the piano is so old, is VERY heavy and also needed to be taken out through the front door and down 5 steps. I also added another piece of furniture to be moved and the crew willingly did that too. The move couldn’t have gone better. The piano was maneuvered so it could be positioned in the space I had saved for it.
David and Sir John were magnificent. The piano was delivered seamlessly and on schedule. David provided additional expertise and recommendations on where to set up the piano to maximize the sound. As well as best practices for tuning the piano.

Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
