A friend recommended this moving service to me, so I decided to go ahead and book them. During my initial consultation and estimate, I felt quite pleased with everything. However, things took a turn on the day of the move. I only had around 13 large items to relocate, along with a few smaller things like couch pillows, bed blankets, and lamps—just minor items that accompanied the larger pieces. Unfortunately, the movers I received were not very efficient and lacked teamwork.
On the go mover destroyed my brand new LG fridge that was valued at $3k and they never replaced my property or reimbursed me for it. When I tried to contact them and start a claim they stopped responding to any of my emails or calls. Please don’t use this company. They are not good people. Their driver tried to sign me up after the fact and manipulate me into choosing the worst option for myself, benefiting him. He was very young and practiced extremely u safe moving procedures. I’m sure he still works there too.
Breanna was one of those jobs that did not go well and we have taken full responsibility. We have opened a damage claim in regards to her fridge and applied the insurance Breanna had chosen. We feel terrible for the accident we made and unfortunately this can happen.
So we ended up spending Christmas in an empty house with no extra clothes. We supposed to move Friday 12/23/2022 when there was black ice and slippery roads. We gave them a call before their coming to make sure they still can make it and they said YES. After they loaded the truck with our ALL stuff, they couldn’t move the truck ( they were not prepared with wheel chains) they left their truck in front of our neighbor driveway.

Multiple broken items... several hundred dollars worth (speaker, sonos sound bar, headset) of damages on the move today. We were told 60 cents per pound of damaged goods. What a joke. Moving window was 9-11 and didn't show up until 12:30. Do not recommend this company!

I have hired them on four separate occasions, all 3 experiences were good, the 4th one was terrible, I did not have a big move, only 1.5 miles away with about 1/4 of the items in our house needed to be moved, and they insisted on 3 movers. One of the movers stood around almost the entire time, he continued to ask where things were going that we went over verbally at the walk through and then a follow up. One of the guys was really great, but I was told he was not working with them much longer.

On the go movers made our move day a nightmare yesterday! If you are looking for a stress-free, hassle-free moving experience, you will be much better off staying as far away as possible from On the movers. 1. We were moving our personal belongings from a furnished apartment back home. We had clearly stated that we needed help with packing. And I had reminded their schedulers about the job a day prior to the actual move over email. Despite that, they showed up to the job with 0 packing boxes.
Move date: 6/29/25 Local Move I booked several weeks in advance. A few days before the move, the company called to ask if I could reschedule; I could not. When the crew arrived, one worker appeared new to moving work. I heard another ask him, “Have you done a move before?” The crew did not bring a toolbox for disassembly. I lent mine; it was then packed into the truck and couldn’t be located for several hours, which stalled disassembly.
They packed our items terribly! We had so many broken things when they moved them from home to home. They didn't label boxes! See pics We found kitchen items with garage items and so on. One pic below shows knives just tossed in with other items which was a total hazard to unpack. See pics Our items were placed in storage by them and it literally looked like they threw them in there. See pics So many items were broken, crushed and lost!

Moving is challenging when you’re unfamiliar with local resources, and even more so when you’ve never used a moving company before. We were trying to donate furniture and household items in Redmond, WA. Habitat for Humanity couldn’t accommodate our timing and doesn’t enter homes, and ReSupply also didn’t align with our schedule, so we contacted On the Go Moving. From the start, Eric and Justice were great to work with.

I can't recommend these guys enough. We had to move on very short notice and reached out to On the Go Movers only four days before our move date. They were able to accommodate us immediately, and the entire process from intake to final move day was smooth, clear, and professional. Eric was communicative, flexible, and made sure we understood exactly what to expect with pricing and timing. The move itself was easily the best moving experience I’ve had.

I called several moving companies to compare prices on my move. On the Go Moving quoted me the best price for a 26 foot truck and 4 movers. I was able to ask for a firm bid so there were no surprises of the cost at the end of the move. Most other companies charge their hourly rate for travel to and from their location. At roughly $250 per hour for a 4 man crew, I was looking at paying $500-$750 in just travel time with these other moving companies. My move was a little more complicated than your average move.
