We have used this moving company two or three times in the past and I'd like to start off by saying the guys who have helped us move have been absolutely amazing. They do a great job and pack everything so it's snug and safe. They haven't ever damaged any of our furniture, are very diligent while working, and are overall really nice guys to be around and work with! I've referred friends and family because of how great they are and how fair their pricing is.

Disappointment from start to long after finish. First, the movers showed up almost an hour late because they forgot to store the address of the revised start location. They called for the address ten minutes before the planned start time. When they finally arrived, almost an hour late, they had excuses galore which included blaming me. Next, the notes about wrapping my furniture were inaccurate.
Cody Robbert was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Unpleasant and ignorant is an understatement, without going into details. Plus refused to refund the deposit when he never even showed up or agreed to cancel the service. Working with A&C was a horrible decision for a close friend and I want others to avoid this company so the same won’t happen to them. Read other reviews, people said the same thing about him.
I am very disgusted at how Cody treated one of their customers. She was being very pleasant and respectful and they had the nerve to call her a pest? How unprofessional can you be? You truly should re evaluate how you treat your customers if you want any type of business. I really hope you learn from this and treat customers with respect, aka how they SHOULD be treated. Will not be leaving any good comments about your company in the future.

I don't even know if they deserve a 1. I had Cody come out to give me an estimate for a move. He arrived with camera and notepad. As we walked through the house, he kept commenting on how much stuff we had and that I needed to downsize. …
As a local business professional of this company for the past 15 years I have always kept record of what clients I am estimating and quoting. However, this client is not in my records. I have asked google to remove this review due to that.

So grateful we used A&C Careful Moving when we moved to our new house. They treated our items as if they were their own. Everything was padded and wrapped and handled with extreme care. They were also very polite and friendly. The price was very fair and there were no hidden fees. I’m so thankful we didn’t try to move ourselves. I would recommend this company to anybody and I will use them if we ever move again. We found an amazing gem of a moving company in A&C!
A and C Careful Movers moved my mother into an assisted living facility. They were very professional and careful with the movement of the furniture and took great care of her possessions. I would definitely use them again. My mother kept complimenting them on the great care they took wrapping and moving everything. Very happy with this service!

This company moved us into storage two years ago and then moved us to Eastern Tennessee in June. We were so pleased with all their service. They were so careful with our furniture and the walls of our new construction home. Very happy with our results.
