The MOST FRUSTRATING experience ever. I felt like the movers and manager (Frank) took total advantage of me because I was a single mother. First the movers showed up 90 minutes late and looked like they just woke up. They were maybe 20 years old and appeared to have no experience moving. I had movers that loaded my u-haul that were MUCH more professional and MUCH faster. When I arrived in North carolina and had a "Christian" touch unload it, it was totally different.
We do not know who she used but it was not our company. I am not sure what number she called to complain. This is not by any means how we do business. We typically do not take cash payments and always offer receipts.
Worst moving company ever. They caused damage to the wood flooring of the brand new house we were renting. They made a mark all the way from the back of the house to the front. They attempted to repair it but made the situation worse. We …
The claim was denied due to the fact we did not damage the floor. We did not deliver the appliances that caused the damage. We at no point "attempted to repair the floor".
I wish I could say the wonderful things posted by the other reviews. Unfortunately, for me my move had Bobby & Craig as the crew and it wasn't as smooth. I believe they had taken advantage of me since I had been awake since the day before. Plus, I was wearing a brace on my wrist. 1st: The truck was not big enough n Bobby blamed it on me. They are the experts.
This customer is a hoarder. The conditions were very unsanitary. All communication was done on the phone prior to the job. There is no way to estimate what was in the house due to how full it was. Customer told us she used a 16 foot truck … More
As bad as it gets. They showed up an hour late. They were so slow it took them over 11 hours to move half of a 2400 sq ft house + garage which was all boxed and ready. They left the rest undone. They left 3 unsecured high pressure gas cylinders bouncing in the back of my truck for the move (careless, unsafe, potentially lethal). Rolled a 100# punching bag in my neighbor's yard and left it. Left cigarette butts and energy drink cans in their yard and ours.
Terrible experience. My mom hired these guys to help her and my dad move. They did not stay for the entire time paid for. They just left saying they had another appointment to go to. Any attempts to contact the owner or anyone in the company have been unanswered. Completely unacceptable.
Repeat review This job was contract via hireahelper. It was originally scheduled for 2 hourly movers for 2 hours to load a pods container. On the original job order, the customer noted the size of the home, some storage and that all large items will have been removed.
Worst moving experience I have ever had. They called 30 minutes after they were suppose to show up, said they had OVERSLEPT and would be there in 45 minutes... showed up 1.5 hours later smelling like cigarettes... did a terrible job …

This was one of the most efficient moving experiences I have had. Movers contacted me the day before to confirm time and they arrived on time, were friendly and loaded the truck. I am disabled and my elderly father lives with me. They were kind and understanding. I was thrilled that the truck I chose was perfect.once at my new place they placed my belongings where I requested. Once moved I did notice that a piece of furniture was broken. Once I paid for the repair, the company was quick to reimburse me.
Frank was very responsive to all my inquiries and had flexible scheduling options. Being out-of-state, you have to put trust into strangers and hope for the best. Frank’s team came on time, were beyond respectful, and courteous. I would …
Called and scheduled 2 movers to come out and help unload our moving truck. Both representatives were hardworking, kind, and treated our goods with care. No damages and they were pleasant and helpful. Great service and highly recommend!
I hired Franks crew (chandler was the head gentleman) a few wks ago to move furniture from house to garage. They did an excellent, quick job. Finished in speed time, while handling everything with ease and care. These guys were friendly, helpful, courteous. Frank was quick and flexible to schedule me. Found them on the Uhaul website.
