The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We highly recommend A. Frisella Moving and Storage. When we moved back to St. Louis, we thought our worldly goods would only be stored at Frisella for three months. We ended up needing three years. This was not a problem, and we were glad for Frisella’s spiffy clean warehouse. Andy Frisella is a man of his word, dedicated to superb customer service and making things right. He was a pleasure to work with, as was Heather in the office.
We recently built a new home and moving the amount of stuff we had accumulated over 17 years was OVERWHELMING . We tried to find movers and many were out of business or booked. We received a postcard in the mail from Frisella Moving and reached out. Andy was amazing... he responded so quickly and put us at ease. We hired them immediately to do packing and moving. They were fast.. efficient and personable. The week of the move was stressful and scorchingly hot..the crew didn't miss a beat.
I have assisted clients with many, many, many moves over the years. My experience with A. Frisella Moving was hands down the best experience I have had yet! Andy was so easy to work with. He is an excellent communicator and provided a very accurate estimate. Their prices are competative with other local companies. The crew he sent for the move was fantastic. We had a team of 5 men and they were not only professional and curtious, but they truly worked as a team and they worked non-stop.
Andy and his entire team were professional, courteous and efficient with our move. The attention to detail was as it should be for a customer service type of environment. …
