In response to the owner’s response to my review 2 hour time window – I was not given a window, I was given a time. Inventory procedures – this is not correct. I was not notified of any previous damage furniture until it was already on the truck and I was signing off on the load. Kind of late to challenge at that point. Your rep even told me that all upholstery is marked as soiled no matter actual condition if one person has sat on it.

I do not recommend this company or United Van Lines to assist with any long distance move. The team that picked my belongings up was great, professional and timely, however the contract with the company had a delivery date between July 9th and July 16th. I was told that I should have an update the day after my belongings were picked up on the 6th as to when my furniture would be delivered. The next day, I was told that there was no update on when my shipment would depart from their facility to my current location.

Shame on AMreazek for wasting my time and trying to force an unacceptable solution on me. Scheduled my move well in advance and gave clear, detailed instructions about what I needed — no confusion, no ambiguity. But when the movers showed up, I was stunned: they arrived with what looked like a toy-sized truck, nowhere near large enough for the job.

Never use this company for your shipment! They loaded our home stuff on Aug 18 and were supposed to make the delivery on Sep 3. As of writing this comment, not only they have not yet delivered our stuff, but also they set the delivery for 9/28/21, 40 days late!!We tried calling the supervisor, but she didn't care and never bother to gave us a callback. This is by far the worst terrible experience we are wading through, and it is actually mentally affecting our life since they are giving us hollow promises.

A-Mrazek Moving Systems had the pleasure of moving Mr. Reinke in August of 2017. This relocation consisted of an estimated 27,548 pounds, which is a large size move. The origin residence was located approximately 80 miles from our location.

This is the moving company to use! Our family used them for a multi-step local move that included pre-packing and another one way move to a different location a few hours away. Rob quoted the moves. He was professional to work with and easy to reach. Crews were pleasant, professional and respectful of property. They were also highly efficient and got the pack and load/ unload done quickly so they were respectful of time. I highly recommend A- Mrazek for your moving needs!
