Dodge Moving was sent to us for our move. I was terribly disappointed once I moved out of state and received my house hold goods. We had items stolen and multple claims for damaged or broken items. Our landlord informed me that our upstairs bathroom was left disgusting. I wont go into details, but we lost a good portion of our deposit from that incident.

Sad to say my first time using a moving company was with Dodge, it was a disaster & I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. $850 brought me a headache! I could have offered co-workers beer & pizza & had way less of a headache! As I stated, this was my first time using a moving company so I didn't know what to expect. I was told by their employee Beth, insurance was only needed to cover your items if the truck was in an accident & your items were damaged.
One of the three gentlemen that came to our house was friendly. We now have to buy new items because our things are being stored until we find a house in the area we are moving to. They packed things we told them needed to stay. I had a three month old to take care of but I tried my best to catch what I could. One gentleman started putting stickers on things and I felt I had him back tracking a lot because I had to retell him that stuff didn’t need stickers because we were taking them.
Terrible! Their movers don’t know the difference between roaches and fruit flies! My company hired them to pack me up for a cross country move and they shut the entire pack up down because of one dead roach on my counter and a cluster of fruit flies on my kitchen backsplash! Even after I told them they were fruit flies and blew on them to show them flying away!

They packed my workout powder sideways so it got crushed and the powder leaked out of the bottom of the box and all over everything inside!! They also shoved my spices in with the pots and pans so the spices spilled all over everything. Nothing like having extra things to clean because the packers do a poor job 😡 …

Great moving company and crew! Justin Edgar, Sean Mosley, Emorio Martin, and Seth were super friendly and respectful. They were careful with our items and placed everything where we requested with no issues. They informed us every time something was broken or packed poorly (from previous packing crew and different moving company) and allowed us time to take a picture so we’d have proof to claim at a later time. I highly recommend for your packing and moving needs.

Justin, Fran, and Antonio were incredible. They were hard working, thoughtful, and efficient. We moved two bedroom apartment into a larger house and they were done within 2 hours. I was amazed! They communicated well on where they thought everything should go and worked with us to set up everything (I.e. beds) in the exact right spot.
