Services was terrible.. Scheduled my pick up between 8 &9 am Didn’t get moved til after 3 pm says one of trucks motor went out understandable..When the movers got there they only had 1/3 of my items to move .Myself and some friends moved a lot of boxes and clothes etc. before they arrived. Reggie the owner took his time moving the little bit he did move so that they can rack up on the total 4 hours later after moving 1/3 of a One bedroom apartment here comes the total unbelievable.
Absolutely, hands down, the WORST moving experience of my life! These guys claim to have lots of moving blankets and they did not use a single one! They broke my favorite lamp and tried to blame it on me. They agreed to a price then tried …
Poor services. I scheduled a move with this company and took off of work for their services. Only for Reggie, the owner and scheduler to forget the scheduled time, have an attitude because he forgot (lack of accountability) he then said he would call his guys and head my way…they never showed and he stopped answer my calls. Poor professionalism, poor scheduling, poor customer service. Sad.
This company is horrible!!! They dropped the ball on us then blamed us. They double booked themselves and left my 70 year old grandmother and my 4 month old in an empty house till 8:30pm!!! This was after several attempts of communication …
Very bad customer service. Very bad attitude. Don’t know how to talk to the customers, will hang the phone up if they are booked already.

This was my first time using a moving company and let me tell you they EXCEEDED my expectations!!!! They were friendly, polite and extremely professional. They shrink wrapped and padded all of my furniture. I had more stuff than I thought and they were soo patient with me. I highly recommend A Plus Home Movers and will be using them again in the future.
