I recently used this company. Two guys came. one looked somewhat experienced. the other was a helper who seems like working for the first time. used my bathroom three times. looked clueless of what he is doing. because of this the other had to take more load on him. One was careless in handling the boxes. Half of my glassware in the boxes were broken when we reached. i could could not verify all the boxes right away. later on when i started opening, half of my glassware is broken.
I chose this company because of the great reviews. However, my experience with them was far from satisfactory. They called me early in the morning to say my time had been moved up earlier by 5 hours or so. That was not at all consistent …
Carol, I am sorry for the hard time you had and we look forward to being able to one day show you the service we can offer without the weather factor involved.
Paid $1000 for a 1 bedroom move, movers took their sweet time to move everything. Even w me helping them. Also paid for deposit which should have been refundable and wasn’t. Definitely do not recommend it.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Second the using Around the clock moving & storage. Both times have been awesome. The first time that I used them, I had issues another moving company and they took my last minute job and took great care of me. This time I scheduled my move. This company showed up on time and immediately were working. They were proficient and knew what they were doing. I had both my children with me and didn't have to worry about them being unprofessional in front of them as they are extremely professional.
Aron, We must have done something right to get such a good rating from you. We really appreciate you taking the time!-Billy
The entire experience was phenomenal. Our initial contact was very professional, the movers who packed us and moved our belongings to storage were extremely kind, the communication during our months of storage was excellent, and the movers who brought our belongings back into our home were so helpful, so professional and went out of their way to make us happy. Thank Around the clock moving & storage 👍
