Terrible management. Run, run away and don’t look back. Nearly every unit at this facility was broken with the doors literally torn off or pried fully open. More than $2000 worth of property was stolen from our unit and it took management 7 days to inform us. When we asked why they hadn’t told us about this sooner the manager literally yelled at us that she had hundreds of phone calls to make and what did we expect her to do? No exaggeration, yelled. We moved out that very day.

Great price for storage unit, boxes, and all other moving supply needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I had my kids with me, and they were so generous offering the kids snacks and even giving us a sweet welcome bag. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage place with a kind and helpful team!
Today i stopped by the Advantage Storage Rowlett and I am so happy that i did so.. A lady by the name of Valerie greeted me with a smile. She provided excellent customer service in assisting me with the items that i needed to purchase …
