Ms. Reynolds, I pulled your move order dated back to 8/10 and the complaints and resolutions attached to the order. I also remember speaking with you as I called you as soon as you left a review internally in our software. During the conversation your 3 complaints were as followed: 1.
BEWARE, they do not know how to assemble beds. They took my son’s bed apart and told me good luck as far as putting it back together. I had to get the cops involved. We settled but just want to leave this for anyone interested. BEWARE! Off to google contractors near me because my son still doesn’t have a bed to sleep on! Wow what a disgrace. Unprofessional as well.
I have been reluctant leaving a review, however the more we unpack & figure out what the pieces used to be, the more irritated, angry, & saddened we are regarding our items. We hired A Kings Son Moving to not only help us unload our moving truck, but three trailers from the ABF Depot in Waco. We were very impressed seeing the near perfect score rating online from previous customers. When we called to make arrangements, we were greeted with positivity & a can-do attitude.
For having 2 bedrooms on the second floor of an apartment, and not even a bed or dresser in the 2nd room it still took them 3.5 hours to move everything out of the first place. They were extremely slow, and we were running circles around …

I used A Kings Sons Moving to move furniture out of my living room while floors were installed. They were careful with the furniture and courteous. I would recommend.
I have used them twice now!! Their services and attention to detail are spot on, This last move was a very last minute, have to get it accomplished move. A Kings Sons fit me in after a long day, 8pm, kept in constant communication, showed up and just got the job done. I was beyond impressed with their team, teamwork and leadership.
Second time using these folks and they are great. Efficient, competitive pricing, and just nice people. Would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're looking to move.

I can not say more about this company working with me. My neighbor whom is elderly and had no help to move her furniture and some heavy potted plants needed to find someone urgently. Made a few phone calls and when I talked to Kings Sons they were it. Told them the situation and that she's a senior citizen and they were willing to help her. They do offer senior rates so do ask. The movers were very polite and moved the furniture with care. Please give them a call you will not be disappointed.
