STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The owner ( Travis) came to our house 2 weeks prior to our move and quoted us $1080.00/ 4hrs. We scheduled the move for 11/15/2025 with an arrival window of 11am–2pm. They never showed up!! At 3:26pm they claimed they were “30 minutes away,” which was a lie—they were still at another job. After more delays, i asked them to come the next day at 7am as it was getting late. You would think they will make it right the second time around?! NOPE they didn’t show up until 8:40am.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. What should have been a simple move of an approximately 1,100 sq. ft. duplex from Killeen to Cedar Park turned into an absolute nightmare lasting over TWO DAYS and more than 15 hours. I was promised three experienced, professional movers. Instead, only ONE mover appeared experienced while the other two constantly took breaks. It took from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM just to load the truck.
The crew was excellent. They were respectful, polite, and worked for us for ten hours. However, the company set them up to fail by not preparing properly for their arrival. They didn't plan ahead, failing to ask the right questions during the phone estimate or conduct a proper walkthrough of the 1,650 sq ft house. Only one older gentleman and two younger men were sent, who may have been in high school or just out of high school.

Would not recommend. Stay away do it yourself. Keep your money in your own pocket. What your quoted in the beginning and told wont match the price in the end. Then when your hearing one of the workers say make sure you charge for 3 hrs its that Christmas check. I get it we all want money for Christmas but be professional and dont charge and change things that werent talked about or discussed prior.

This is not a real moving company, at least the workers aren’t real movers. They have no experience and unfortunately it shows. For the price charged, you would think they are at least competent, but not even that. Would not recommend, save yourself the money& move yourself.

We used Chubby Fit Movers for a full pack and local move and they knocked it out. Hillary was great from the first call — easy to work with, answered every question, and kept everything on track. Travis and Dave led the crew and these guys worked fast, didn't waste a minute, and treated our stuff like it was their own. Everything was packed right and nothing showed up damaged or missing. I had two separate moves, one to my new home and one to storage. The team was phenomenal for both moves. They gave attention to every detail from wrapping, taking care of inside of house and moving items. They were hard-working, polite and very friendly. They also worked at a fast pace and still made sure every detail was covered. All the guys were great, Jimmy, the foreman was exceptional. I will recommend this company again and again.
