They may be nice men, but they broke both of my television sets..replaced only one. They also broke a lamp and scratched several of my shelves/furniture. I would not recommend them. Too much damage and only replaced one TV they broke. Never got back to me about the second one.
My name is Janet and I am the owner of Christian Brothers Moving Service In Waco TX. We are not the moving company that moved your home and I am sorry your move was handled inappropriately. We have not record of moving you or a damage report on your items. We take pride in our customers.
I called to hire a couple of men to help move furniture and boxes from a storage unit onto the truck we rented to move out of town. All we needed is help moving onto our OWN truck, not unloading. This was also not taking furniture a part, but moving furniture from a storage unit onto a truck. They were going to charge me the same rate as if I rented their own truck, which would include mileage and gas. No negotiations. This person obviously has no business sense. I wouldn't bother calling them.
I requested a quote weeks ago and have not heard back from them. Even called them and she said the manager would get back to me when she got back from running errands and that was a week ago, still nothing. Online it says getting a quote back would take days, not weeks. I have decided to use another moving company. Pretty disappointed.

Someone from this company hit my husbands car and then drove off. Luckily someone got their information and we got their insurance but we couldn’t get in touch with them to make a claim. They ripped off his entire front bumper. Awful people with terrible car insurance. Pray you never get hit by one of their trailers. What a mess.

Today was a great day. I had the best movers. They were very professional and really took care of me. They wrapped my furniture with pads, and they were very careful. I appreciate the wonderful smiles and caring hearts. I would highly recommend them. The cost was amazing. I also received a follow-up call from the office to make sure I was satisfied with the move. 10/10 experience! Very reasonably priced for how many people they bring and how quickly they got our house unloaded! They were also very careful with all of our belongings, asked where things needed to go and were very kind and professional! Would use them again! We had a large U-Haul for a 3 bedroom home and they got it done in an hour!
