I had my items at this location for a little under a year while we were moving to Waco. They have a rat problem. We had no food items in storage. We had rat damage to dining room chairs (ate through the fabric), area rugs, probably more …

*****RAT INFESTED & DISHONEST MANAGEMENT **** Go somewhere else!!!!Just spoke with Jordan and he admitted that the managers are not in the same page with the information they provide customers. I was told that when moving in at the end of April that since I would not need a storage unit for a month I would be prorated. He was the actual person I spoke with. Also went into the office to sign paperwork him and verified what we discussed over the phone. He obviously lied to get business.

Do not ever rent from ideal self storage me and the manager in Temple Texas had an argument. They terminated my lease and they have been charging me for two months. They will not remove the charges me and my lawyer are filing breach of contract on them

I just got out of the military moving home. Loaded everything into a U-Haul and drove to waco. Was trying to walk in and acquire a storage unit. Never made it inside the building before an older gentleman told me that I didn't belong there. …

Tried to start by renting online, my card showed the payment was taken but they didn't know anything when I went there the next day. Couldn't use my card even there, Everytime I try to pay online their website freezes when I hit send …
