The rating breakdown
1 of the 31 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for A-Lot-A Storage LLC are one or two star.
Worked out from 31 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Great Falls
4.7 percentage points lower than the middle of the 10 listings in Great Falls we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jamie was very helpful, professional and communicative during my whole PCS process (span of 2-3 months). She cooperated and helped me with my needs such as 2 heated units that were back to back and towards the end of the rows so I can be closer for packing/unpacking a 28' tractor trailer with all my household goods. She was able to give me a last minute 10x15 the day of moving in that I needed extra space for my trailer/motorcycle.
Thank you, Austin, for the very kind review! We were happy to help in making your move a little easier! Thank you for your service to our country.
Affordable and well maintained storage units. I was able to keep my furniture and household items there for nearly 3 months without any issues. Jamie is friendly and kind. I would absolutely use their services again.
Thank you, Jill, for trusting A-Lot-A Storage with your storage needs and for the kind review! I appreciate your business!
Very clean units and easy access with excellent customer service! I looked at other storage units before settling on A-LOT-A-STORAGE for these very reasons. I would recommend them over all others! Thanks Jamie!
Thank you, Elaine, for the kind review! It was our pleasure to provide you with a great rental experience!
Cleanest I've seen. Very affordable . Easy to get to. Secure. Well maintained. If you call and get no answer, she calls back within a few minutes every time. I'd definitely rent from them again.
Thank you, John, for the detailed and very nice review! Hope to rent to you again sometime!
