This business is owner operated by Frank and pride of ownership is evident from first contact with him and throughout the duration of your storage needs. I contacted Frank by phone from out of state having urgent need to store family memorabilia and other items at the last minute. Frank’s integrity and customer service immediately put me at ease and he made a unit available that I rented sight unseen.
The owner was very friendly and reasonable. We called him with literally 30 minutes notice on a weekend. He met us at the office right away and got us into a unit. We stored out items with Secure Mini Storage for 5 months with no issues.
Great storage units, fair pricing, very clean and wonderful customer service. I have multiple units here and I wouldn't store anywhere else. Best place in GF by far!
Frank at secure mini storage went above and beyond, from the start, to provide excellent customer service and show his genuine good character. I could not recommend his services enough. My husband and I parked our van at Secure Mini Storage …
