Thieves! Liars! They will steal your belongings. We rented from this facility and approx $1,500 worth of our possessions were stolen. From a 55 inch TV to iPhone charge cords. Management hung up on us and refused to answer our call for several attempts. The manager was rude and in the insurance claim he lied and stated he came to the property to view the unit on the day it was discovered broken into, when in reality he has never shown up in person to the unit.
Fine facility, until I returned to my unit to find mouse poop everywhere. In the facility’s lease, they state that they cannot be held liable for any property loss or damage. Most insurance policies exclude loss or damage to items due to pests or vermin. So here I am left to figure out how to disinfect any items that may be salvageable, and how to transport and dispose of ruined items. Mice can carry diseases such as hantavirus that can be fatal to humans. Still trying to figure out how to handle the situation.
Would have given zero stars if possible, this bunch of thieves keep billing my credit card every month for a unit i have never had. Have sent emails for them to correct the problem but they don't. Beware they are crooks.
Would not recommend. The staff is not helpful, especially for someone with limited mobility. I would spend my money elsewhere and am glad I am no longer renting.

It's great place and its clean you can do everything online and or on the weekends if your looking for a place right away with accsess at anytime. The only issue I have had is exiting gate is motion sensord so if you walk up to try and leave it has a really hard time picking you up and you can get stuck. It picks up motorcycle, car ect just fine. Just wish there was a key pad on the inside or make the motion more sensitive. But over all it great, clean, and esay to navigate.

Clean Facilty/Grounds, easy to access 24/7, automatic billing makes it easy to maintain without worry of missing or late payments. Roomy storage unit with tall/wide doors. Only thing that would be better is Climate Controlled units, but that's not something I needed.

I have been renting here for several years now. The process is easy to rent a unit. The property is very secure and have a lot of cameras. Once I forgot to lock my unit, Outta Sight notified me that it was unlocked. I like that is accessible at all times.
