To start, the owner David may be one of the hardest workers I know. I was needing some help packing 2 kitchens and moving a washer and dryer down some stairs. David quickly came to the rescue and got to work. He was moving the entire time. This review has nothing to do with his work ethic. When a concern arose about the final bill, I mentioned it seemed a bit high. I had done a bit of research and had a good idea what to expect. David called me, this is where things went south.
Lied about pricing. Then when I confronted him and showed him proof of the lie, he told me that "any logical person would understand". No, sir. I understand what you wrote in clear English. Then, he manipulated the so-called "discount" and still go his made up price out of us. He also talked crap about other clients. Not only that, his so called "crew" broke several of our items, went through some of our boxes, and helped themselves to contents in our fridge. Do. Not. Use. This. Guy.
This company is not run by professionals. After first talking with the secretary about what I needed, she told me the owner would get with to schedule it. We spent plenty of time texting about schedule. When we finally settled on something, I assumed they would be doing what I had talked to the secretary about - packing up my 87 yr old father stuff in boxes and moving his furniture.

I had an original review, I asked for an apology and was not given one. Rather than genuinely apologizing they just said "I'm sorry you feel that way." This company is nothing but passive aggressive, rude, and don't care about the community they operate in. I genuinely was looking for a simple quote for a piano and he wasn't able to be kind. His wife?? Was not any better. Look somewhere else for a moving company.

Hired them to unload a truck that I drove here. They worked hard to get it done quickly, and were careful not to break anything. They also were able to work around my schedule when my move in time got pushed back.
